A Snowflake’s Love
by Carmen A. Cisnădean
Consider me, my dearest friend,
The whitest snowflake in the air
Which glided at your windowpane,
Craving the look inside your eyes
Upon your lips to softly land and melt.
Consider me, my dearest friend,
A winter mystery which near
Wrapped in the wonder of pale white,
However at first glance so cold
For you providing greatest warmth.
Consider me, my dearest friend,
A light caressing you in the dark
A sparkle for you all winter long,
I want to freeze right by this glass
Until spring's kiss to marvel at your heart.
